1, Around and the bottom of the laboratory oven must be keep clean all the time. 2, Before the operation, impurity inside the machine should be sweep away; test space should be cleaned at least once a year 3, When the test time is over, the machine must be assured of turning off before take out the products. 4, Cooling system is the core of high and low temperature chamber, so we should check the cooper pipe of the leakage etc. Situation once half a year, other function like splice, weld, we must solve it immediately once the oil stain leaked. 5, Condenser should have a periodic maintenance, keep clean. If there’s dust on the condenser, the high- voltage switch of the compressor would trip and appear false alarm. So the condenser should be maintained once a month, sweep away the dust adhere to the condenser by using vacuum cleaner, or remove it by hard fur brush. 6, Every time when the experiment is finished, we should clean up the test chamber by clean water; And after cleaned up the lab oven, it should be drying, keep the environmental test chamber dry. 7, circuit breaker, overheat protector, testing items and safe protection of conductor should be checked regularly; Also, please read the instruction book carefully, so you can operate the machine correctly.
What’s the difference between temperature fluctuation and deviation of Temperature and humidity chamber？

For those tests that request temperature change, the simplest way for customers is to sign tech agreement when ordering environmental test chambers. And when sign the agreement, you must know the loading test at first, then, list the volume, size, weight, basic material constitute and temperature deviation etc. index, and other test standards related to the temp spots, procedure description and temperature changing graphs from beginning to the end.
